I'm very new to lapbooking. I've been homeschooling for 11 years and seen these things off and on over the years, but because my boys are not very creative that way.. we've never done them. I'm hoping that this will be different with Janney and Asher, so I've decided I'm going to try to tag along with the little lapkins.
This month's goal is to find resources to make a pumpkin lapbook. I'm Messianic and I don't do Hallowe'en, but I do keep Sukkot and harvest is a big "theme" through Sukkot, so I'll be focusing on the harvest aspect - not the pagan holiday aspect.
Hi there, so glad your going to try lapbooking with your children! I love the pumpkin counting book you posted, we'll be using that one! Our lapbooks is going to focus on harvesting too, we don't do the scary "halloween" stuff either.
I am Sombra, and these are the stories from our house. We're a Messianic family where academics often take a back seat to the work and adventure of life.
