Now, Let me tell you about this Cannelloni I made today - I deviated from Pasquale's recipe. I made my own pasta from 50% whole wheat pastry flour, 50% white best for bread flour. I combined his recipes for Spinach and Ricotta Cannelloni with his recipe for Ground Beef Cannelloni, and then instead of just a bechamel sauce on top of the cannelloni, I put some pured tomatoes marbled in.
And the Stinging Nettle Pesto recipe came from this video
This was great! I think I have/had these in my raspberries. I thought they were a regular weed until they touched my arm. I had little fluid filled vesicles for almost the entire day. And did it sting! Now, I'll be checking to see if I can use these. I know I've got some other "weeds" that I can use for salads. Just need to get my books out to see what they are.
Thanks,
Leslie
