The Next Step Workout
I have just done the first workout in week 4.. the next challenge to my heart and lungs and muscles - WOO HOO.. No knee pain though. And I have a new tag-along. Janney came on her bike. It was hot though, it's 1130 am, I missed my early morning run in the cooler air. And the traffic was bad - early mornings are much better, there's usually only one or two cars, today there were dozens - hard to manage with a little girly on a wiggly bike.

Nothing really hurt much, until the last 3 minutes of the last 5 minute run, the rest was pretty smooth. In the first 5 min run, I didn't even look at my watch until I'd already run 3 minutes. How cool is that! I remember 4 short weeks ago I thought running 60 seconds was going to blow my lungs out!
I wonder how my mum is doing, she's doing this too. I'll have to call today!
Oh, and on a prayer request note.. my BP is up again. I won't shock you with the numbers, just know that it's HIGH. I've started taking my cal mag and potassium again, I guess I'll have to realize that I'll have to take them forever, not just during pregnancy.
