Grand Finale Cake

Well, as promised two weeks ago, here is my grand finale cake.   I dropped it on the way out of class, but managed to save enough for a picture.  It was a beautiful basketweave cake with royal icing flowers all over the top.  Oh well.

It looks good though and from what I can see of the decorations, you did a good job!

It's very pretty in an impressionistic way. I am sure it tasted wonderful and that is what is most important, right?
