Recently, I listened as my friend spoke of the difficulties she was having in a certain area.  I realized that any advice I offered her would fall on deaf ears, because she is completely blind to what is occuring. Life is like that.  The areas in which we need help the most  are the areas that Satan has completely decieved us.  We can't even see that there is a problem in order to fix it.

     I thanked God that I wasn't blind in the same area as this friend, and was immediately rebuked.  He reminded me of the verses in Luke that speak of a Pharisee thanking God that he wasn't a sinner. We all have our blind spots. Obviously, I don't know what mine is, but I'm hoping that the Lord will reveal it to me. Perhaps today, we can seek God's face and ask Him to start revealing where our blind spots are.
