Fat and Pregnant

Here's a study (done by actual doctors) that shows obese women can actually lose weight during pregnancy without harming the baby.

Nuff said.

What beautiful news! May the Lord bless you as you prepare to bring another arrow into the world. I literally have tears in my eyes. You have no idea how often I turn to your blog for inspiration; your comment about the Lord taking your barren womb and making it fruitful inspires me every time.
