Photo Overload

Our mockingbird nest now has eggs!

We are lucky enough to have two caterpillar nests in our yard . These are some neat pictures.

Nest 1, in the front yard. Can you see the huge "ball" of them?

I love Chickadees. I love the little eggs. How neat, I think, to find Chickadee eggs. I read that when they are breeding and brooding, they become reclusive. They disappear from our feeders during that time. I would love to have nest boxes for them. I need my husbands help for that I fear. Maybe this winter.

I also liked your Mockingbird pictures. How neat to get so close. I wish I could have seen them when they were older. I wonder if they stick around once they get bigger.
