Posted in family

We had a fine time. Visited a friends church (more on that later) and then went to Super Salad for lunch. It was nice going out for lunch without a crowd to fight! For as much as I like to cook/bake, I am just not much for stressing over big holiday dinners (other than Thanksgiving) when there are other activities going on. The easier the better in my opinion. I hate spending the whole time int he kitchen instead of WITH my family... and I think for as much as they help int he kitchen during the regular days, they probably wouldn't consider it much of a holiday to cook:)
