Oct. 30, 2005 - The House!!!!!!!
And.... it looks like we've found a HOUSE! Yay! The guy selling it works for an investment/mortgage place. We told him the stark truth ~ blunt facts about our credit/job history and everything, and he's still pretty sure he can get us into the house. Its still in BA and close to everything we need to be close to.
Its a big old house ~ real wood:) and in desperate need of some painting (yay!) so just what we need. The kitchen could desperately use some new counters... and has a counter top stove and a wall oven that is just like Grandma Barbs! There are two living spaces (one a good size with fireplace), plus a smallish room... maybe an office/sitting room and a small bedroom that will be ours. There are closets everywhere and a 1/2 bath downstairs.
There are three bedrooms (one of which is huge) that are all good sized and two full bathrooms upstairs. One of the bedrooms is decorated already with yellow and blue and sports border across the top. Sprite will get her own room, and its a nice sized room for her as well.
ANyway ~ send up prayers for us to be able to get it... and get INto it before Christmas. I would LOVE to have this issue settled for good long before then!
