Nov. 4, 2005 - We ARE MOVING!!!
Okay.... its happening!! We are getting moving into our house on December FIRST!!!! No closing issues yet, as we will be doing a contract/lease for a year... then refinancing with our improved credit.
We're moving, oh yeah, uh huh, we're movin' uh huh uh huh uh huh:)
The kids are dancing.... okay, I'm kinda dancing too:)
ANYWAY! Although it would seem as though we got the less-ideal... deal on the financing... BUT this is the option that lets us move in with little to no hassle. We can move IN the day we pay the down payment (thanks to my wonderful MIL who has seriously seriously helped us here!!). AND it will actually only end up costing us a few hundred dollars more in the long run.
That is actually what I was praying for ~ that the move would be on our time schedule, and there not be any hassle on a closing day and whatnot. My friend who has been going through this recently and the hassles with closing and moving in were just horrible. just kept praying, "Lord, just let us be able to move in without all this hassle. Let this go so smoothly. You know I don't need all that stress right now..." I guess I got what I prayed for:)
So... we're planning on finalizing everything and moving on Dec. 1st... maybe the 30th of November. I am just so excited:)
