Jan. 14, 2006 - What a nice relaxing Saturday!

My goal today was to NOT HAVE A GOAL.

I did it!

A friend of mine, whom I haven't seen in a loooong time came over today with her kids.  We all just hung out... outside even, watching all the kids playing.  We chatted and just had a nice relaxing time.

Sprite's friend Kaylee was over until about 5:30, and Mason came around here and again... shooting hoops int he street with Kainan and Sprite, while the girls from next door drifted back and forth throughout the day playing with the younger girls.  Once again we're in a situation where the only without a neighbor friend is Jaedin.

After my friend Shawna left, the kids and I went around with Paris so she could sell girl scout cookies.  She sold 41 boxes so far!  Wow.  I'm impressed:)  We had a nice walk and met some new neighbors.

Jaedin got something in his eye today and apparently scratched it and is still in a lot of pain with it.  Other than giving him tylenol, and now having basically taped his eye shut, there isn't much else I know to do. 

Anyway ~ now that dinner is over, we're going to go watch the original "Cheaper by the Dozen."
