Getting Along with my Family

Lord,

I pray that you would help me to always have a good relationship with all of my family. Protect us from having any big fights that we don’t fix.

Fill my heart with Your love and compassion and forgiveness so that I can be that way with my family.

I really want to pray for __________ and I to get along. Help me to be nicer to them and forgive them for hurting my feelings. Help us to be better friends and to love each other more. Help us to talk to each other respectfully, even when we’re hurt, and to make up if we fight.

Help us all to love and respect each other, and appreciate each other so that the God created tie between us will never be broken.

I pray according to Your Word, that we will always be loving to each other with brotherly love. (Romans 12:10)

Lord give me a heart of forgiveness and compassion towards my family. Help me to be unselfish and giving, help me to share and not always choose my way. Help me to love my family, even when they are begin grouchy or having a bad day.

In Jesus Name, help me to be a good example to all my brothers and sisters, Amen
