Feb. 10, 2006 - Writing Workshop Beginning Tuesday

I am really excited.  It is so awesome to be able to do this with a small group of friends!

We've gotten most of our plans finalized.  We'll be getting together at noon, having lunch together and starting the DVD at 12:30 each day.  We're thinking we'll run the class (with stops for writing excercises and all) probably 45 minutes to one hour... or until the kids eyes are glazing over:)  We'll have 7-9 kids (I believe, maybe a couple more if the 4th family decides to join in too) doing the program, plus the little kids that are going to be around absorbing ~ the way they tend to do. 

We haven't gotten down a set plan for the little ones either (this email communication is great, but sometimes a little awkward for planning things such as this), but I'm thinking that at least the 5-7 year olds can do projects in the kitchen or something while we're writing.  I can certainly think of plenty of fun "writing" projects for that age!:)  The two year olds I imagine will stay closer to mom(s). 

We start THIS Tuesday ~ Whoo Hoo!!  I'm actually looking forward to a refresher course in some writing ideas myself!
