Feb. 22, 2006 - I'm feeling so clever:)

I lost the gasket part of my blender... and it was SO annoying to not be able to use it for liquids.

I MADE one out of a plastic whipped cream lid!!:)  It works!1 Yay!  Now, why did that take me so long to figure out?  We've not had a "liquid" blender for months!, so it was a pretty laid back realxed lots-o-reading and a couple of videos kinda day.  (BTW The Mike Venezia artist books and videos are the bestest for the younger kids!)

And, BTW ~ we did do a school day today ~ nothing terribly exciting.  We were all still tired from art/writing & game night yesterday!
