I'm on the Tuesday Morning ad list, and I got a bizzarre ad today. They are offering a microwave with a scanning wand. This wand can read the barcode on the packaging, and follow the package's cooking instructions by itself!!! (I'm presuming the veggie company also has to pay for this service, somehow, though it doesn't say that only some things are doable this way. )
This is beyond my wildest imagination, I must say! (I wonder, if the plastic isn't microwave safe, it refuses to cook it?) |
