Show & Tell Friday
Posted in Show & Tell Friday
We gotten in a accident today. Thank goodness for big van's. Were doing fine, a little bruised up & beaten up from the seat belt's. Sore is the key word right now, back is hurting & neck is pop here and a pop there. Our daughter happened to be driving by, thank goodness for her & her camera. I took picture's of the accident. This guy went through the light speeding, clipped me while speeding through the red light. My van is no longer drive-able, missed up the front end frame & pushed it in. Anyway I'll place up pictures when the daughter uploads into her computer. I'll be taken these to court to fight my case.
Right now, between the neck that is popping & the back that's in un-believable pain. The son is fine, his neck is hurting him. From where the seat belt pulled him back. Both of us, have the blood bruise & sure that will be black & purple tomorrow. Yes, we also took picture's of our necks, shoulder blade's as well. Want to make sure this guy knows that his mistake at driving. Could have been worse, thank the Lord he decided it's not yet time for us. So please keep us in your prayers, the other guy too.
Pray for: Son-neck & bruises pain & marks
Mom- neck & back pain
Other driver- neck pain
Check back later on tomorrow for the picture of my baby van. The son is so upset about his favorite van. The officer came by to, checking up on us. Making sure ds was ok, that I was also ok.

This is were he hit me at. Ran right through the light as I was already in my turning lane.

Pressure, from him speeding & he slammed into us.
caused the trimming to come undone.

whole front end, right side is out of out of line, including the
frame under the front of van that is bended.

Opening the van like a can of tuna.

You can see the trim right up here, where it's not in-tacked.
This is from his speeding and the impact of him.
The son had flashbacks last night from the accident. He remember, the guy running right into us fast.
His neck is still hurting him & I'm all bruised up on the chest, back pains & oh yeah the neck is hurting too. Our son asked Daddy if we can have another big car or van, cause it saved our lives. This is what the officer told us. The person whom struck us, didn't put on breaks until after he hit us. As soon as he hit me, I applied my breaks from not being thrown around. This is something that were taught with learning about CDL. Its really ashame, cause I haven't been in a accident in over 25 yrs & holding a plus record for all those years. All because someone wanted to beat the clock. I'm just ever so thankful & blessed that our son wasn't hurt anymore then he was. Thankful for the daughter and her camera too.

Those pics look scary. I am so sorry for your pain. I've been in a couple of accidents (rear-ended, hit and run), and the guy ended up being a fugitive from Oregon. Our truck was totaled. But like you, I thank the Lord my sister and I were kept safe.

And thanking God for technology. You didn't mention witnesses? (Other than the camera) I am sorry your sweet son is having Night mares. Praying peace for him. It is always good to go to the doctors and get checked over in a couple of days.
Sorry about your van. I pray they total it so you can get your son a new one. That is safe.
because of Jesus, Bobbie
