Monday,
dh and I will be celebrating our thirteenth wedding anniversary.
It is so hard to believe that 13 years have passed since the day we
said, "I do." I never thought I could love Tracy more than I did
on the day we got married. But, I do.
God has been so good to us, and blessed us in more ways than I could ever imagine. Tracy is truly a gift from God. He was an answer to prayers. He was everything that I ever wanted or imagined in a husband, and father. I know that every wife feels that same way about her husband, and I am no different. :-D I love the way we loves me, and respects me. He also takes such good care of his parents and my parents. I love and respect him for that. His is such a patient, loving and caring father.
Tracy and I have never had a fight. NEVER, EVER, NOT ONCE. People don't believe us when we tell them that, but it is true. (Some people think we are not from this world) but I know our marriage was made in heaven, by the divine appointment of God. I guess you could say it is not of this world. :-D
My wonderful brother-in-law & sister-in-law got us a cabin in the mountains for our anniversary. (Ahhhhh, ain't that sweet?!) The cabin is just a piece from our house. Tomorrow night they are keeping the kids so that Tracy and I can stay in the cabin by ourselves.
I can't wait. The kids will join us on Monday & Tuesday night. It will be nice to get away for a few days.
We do have to go to town Monday to get our new (to us) pop-up camper. I guess that is our anniversary present. LOL. We've been talking about getting one for a while. We found one at a great price, (Thank you, Lord.) I can't wait to get it. Tracy bought a few little things for it the other day. I've been so excited. It is just like when we were setting up housekeeping when we first got married. (How appropriate, since it is our anniversary.) LOL Anywho, we are excited about going camping with our friends this summer. I know that will be a blast!
