I had some problems with this when I tried to post it before.
So, here it is again. This is the condensed version. To prevent your blog posts from appearing in the Google search, copy and paste the following code in the section of your site template:
<*META NAME="GOOGLEBOT" CONTENT="NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW">
<*META NAME="GOOGLEBOT" CONTENT="NOARCHIVE">
<*META HTTP-EQUIV="imagetoolbar" CONTENT="no">
(Note: please remove the * from the codes. I couldn't get the code to appear unless I put the * in it.)
The next time Google crawls your website, the changes will take effect. This could take a couple of weeks. If you would like it to remove content sooner; after you copy and paste the codein your template,
Go to http://services.google.com:8882/urlconsole/controller.
Create an account.
After you get your confirmation email click on the link in the email.
Select the Remove URL using Meta Tags.
Type in the URL of the site you want to remove. (be sure to use http://)
If you have other sites, click submit another.
Fingers crossed, that should do it. It will take about 5 days.
Please see comments re: this post.
For some reason it let me post the code on there w/o putting the * in it.
Copy and paste the code directly from the comments.
You won't have to remove the *.
