Gingerbread Workshop

Posted in Field Trips

This is Sarah Beth's first year in 4-H.  Each year the 4-H holds a Gingerbread Workshop at the local community college's culuinary school.  Monday night, Sarah Beth and I attended the workshop.   Sarah Beth wants to be a chef when she grows up, so she was 'starry-eyed' the whole night being surrounded by all those 'chefs'.

I was so proud of her.  I thought she did a GREAT job on her Gingerbread House.  She designed it all herself.  Way to go Sarah Beth!

I'm not a big gingerbread fan....as far as eating it. We are going to try and preserve it. :-D
