Life Cycle of Pumpkin
Posted in Lesson Plans
I guess I never really thought much about the life cycle of a pumpkin until a friend of mine that is a public school teacher mentioned that they were studying them in her class. I thought, "Why not? This will be fun." And, this is the prefect time of the year for it.
I decided to share some helpful links that pertain to life cycles of pumpkins. I hope you enjoy. BTW, if you decide to study life cycles of pumpkins let me know how it goes!

Hey, I left you a private message about Cincinnati :) And while I was looking at your profile, I found out we have SO much in common! I, too, love family, reading, photography, computers, sudoku, logic puzzles, library, Judith Pella, Historical Fiction, Gone With the Wind, Somewhere In Time, and Sonlight!
OK, take care and have a good night- I'm off to check out more pumpkins! :)
Blessings,
Jen
Edited to add: DUH. And now I see the button to email you! LOL!

This sounds interesting! I don't know if my 16 year old would "go along" with this or not. He's getting so old, dontcha know! LOL
Thank you for your kind comments about my webpage. I used
NetObjects Fusion which is what my web page provider recommended. It's been pretty easy and the tutorial is great. I'm hoping that it will edify the Christian body and Christian homeschoolers!
God bless you! - Julie

I don't celebrate Halloween but I did use your ideas for teaching my son Sean (and myself!) about pumpkins etc. Will get him to colour in the poem soon. He put it on his blog http://irishblysean.blogspot.com Please send him a message if you like, it will encourage him!
