Another snowy day here @ my smoky mtn. homeschool...

Posted in Random Ramblings

We awoke this morning to another beautiful snowfall.  I haven't seen this much snow in years.  We had a fun day playing in the snow.  We made snowpeople, went sledding, and made snowangels.

We have about 4 inches here.  It is still snowing and we are expected to get 2-5 more inches.  Ober Gatlinburg has 10 inches, and Mt. Leconte  has 32 inches.  They are expecting  more accumulations overnight.

I finally posted some of my snow pictures on my photoblog.  (I was having trouble posting them here.)  LOL  If you would like to see them, please click here.

I hope everyone else is enjoying the snow!  :-D  Let me know if you post pictures so I can see them.

Those are great pictures! My daughter and her friend made a snowman today. We didn't have that much snow. They must have had to scrape it off the grass. I didn't have my camera with me but as soon as my friend sends me the pictures, I'll post them.

Those are BEAUTIFUL! I refuse to come down off of the mountain during the snow (our subdivision strongly resembles a ski jump at the moment). Thank you for showing me what I'm missing. Very pretty (now I'm ready for it to melt!)

My pictures are from Friday night and Saturday morning. We didn't get as much as you did over here in Cheatham County.

Going to look at your pics now.

Have fun! Are you having a snow day today?
