What are your favorite high school resources?

I got asked this question today, and thought I'd put it out there to all you homeschoolbloggers:

What materials / curriculums / resources are your favorites for teaching high schoolers?

Some of mine would be:

Tapestry of Grace  -  awesome reading list for history and literature; teacher notes; discussion questions; writing assignments; geography; philosophy; worldview;  a smorgasborg from which to choose....very rich

Write Shop -writing program designed for 7th -12th graders; this is our first year using it, and I've not been very consistent ~ my fault, not the curriculum's ~  but I'm impressed with it

Apologia Science - we have used the General Science, Physical Science, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, and Human Body ( Adv. Biology ) ;  I like it best when we have a co-op with other families to do the labs and maybe quizzes;  written for homeschoolers, very "user friendly" but solid science

Answers in Genesis - books, videos, seminars for creation science and biblical worldview; we take advantage of as many weekend seminars, classes, discussion groups as possible; understanding a biblical worldview and having knowledge of opposing worldviews is essential for my high schoolers before "graduating"

So what is on your list?

While we've HSing over nine years, this is our first year with a high schooler. I would have to say our favorites so far this year have been: Apologia Science and Teaching Textbooks Math. I don't think I'd be able to teach these subjects without these items!! Another favorite is Lightning Literature by Hewitt.

Lots of "favorites"! For J, we've discovered Christian Light's "Perspectives of Life in Literature" which is a gem!! Lots of reading, analogies, vocabulary and tons of writing assignments. One of the best comprehensive language books I've ever used.
For Math, "Keys to.." and "Saxon" seem to be our choices, although we've tried BJU and AO lifepacs (didn't like as well and didn't feel they were as comprehensive, respectively). History has included the full range from textbooks to unit studies, "fav"s are probably Beautiful Feet's "A Literature Approach to US and World History" (Senior High level) and BJU or ABeka World History texts. Agree on Apologia for almost all science, even though we tried two others with J, Apologia is the "fav" (just not by her!!), and supplemnents from AIG and ICR are a MUST for us. Physics - I still haven't found one I'm crazy about. Foreign languages - Rosetta Stone's CDs are super. "How Great Thou Art" for Art. That's a few of ours.... lots and lots of classics and other books to read, read, read..... Then again, we're so different and eclectic we're probably not your typical homeschooling HS family....

Hello, I found your blog while I was blog hopping:)
We use Teaching Textbooks for Algebra and it has been wonderful. We are also using the Apologia Biology with a co-op. We have used Total Language Plus this year for with literature books. TLP covers Vocabulary, Literature and Writing and a little grammar. We are also using Jensen's Grammar as a supplement.
Thanks for sharing your favorites.
