)Anyways she can eat a little tomatoe now.But I still make it alot, everybody in my family loves it.

20.Medium Potatoes
5.cups Cottage cheese
5.cups Cheese
2.cans Cream of chicken soup
4.cans Cream of mushroom soup
2 cans Chopped Mushrooms
1 can Chopped Olives
Corn tortillas
Peel potatoes and boil like you are making mashed potatoes, Mix cottage cheese,cheese and cream of chicken soup together in a medium sized bowl. Cut/Chopp up the olives and mushrooms put in a small bowl.
When potatoes are done drain ( I like to keep the water to make bread) and mash with butter,Once they are mashed add cream of mushroom soup and mix it all up.Take a cake/cassarole pan and put the potatoes in it till the bottom is coverd, put a couple of handfulls of the olives and mushrooms over the potatoes then put a layer of corn tortillas put the cottage cheese mix on till it covers all tortillas,put the rest of the olives and mushrooms on, and put a layer of tortillas on.put a little cheese on top. Put in oven at 300/350 for 15 mins or til warm Serves 6 to 9.
You can put more layers on if you have extra or add meat.
