New Hampshire Envirothon

The NH Envirothon enhances high school-level environmental education through competition designed to build knowledge of water resources, forests, soils, wildlife, and current issues. Each year a special topic is used to integrate the science curriculum. Working as a team, students are challenged with real-life environmental problems and become more environmentally aware while having fun. They learn about renewable and non-renewable resources and how the various resources and sciences are related. The wining team represents New Hampshire at the International Competition. For more information go to http://www.nhacd.org/envirothon.htm .
