Get connected NH!
Are you feeling alone in your little corner of the homeschooling world? I just found an awesome resource for NH homeschoolers. The NH Homeschooling Resource List is a mailing list open just for those homeschooling in the Granite State. Here, you can exchange information, ideas for projects, and generally discuss topics that might be of interest to other homeschoolers....

Spotlight: Lighthouse Homeschool Co-op, Loudon, NH
One thing I would like to do on this blog is to spotlight the many great homeschool support groups in our state. I have sent out more than 100 emails today, asking for information, websites and contact information from the groups that I have found. Sadly, about a quarter of the emails were returned as undeliverable. However, on the bright side, I did receive my first response just minutes ago. So without further ado:

Our desire is to reach out to Christian homeschoolers by providing classes, fellowship, and social activities.
Create a Christ-centered environment for homeschooling children to receive an education par excellance.
Build lasting friendships from Kindergarten through twelfth grade and beyond.
Assist homeschooling parents in offering dynamic quality classes that will ease parents' efforts.
Involve a large number of the community of homeschooling parents to teach and build a social structure for activities for parents and students such as field trips, year book creation, dramatic productions, sports activities, robotics team and other student groups, and other related social activities.
