I am emailing you to let you know details about the first meeting for the Tar Heel Junior Historian Association club at the High Point Museum.
Our first meeting will be a planning meeting on August 21, 2008 from 1pm until about 2:30pm at the High Point Museum (please RSVP by August 19).

During this meeting we will go over club bylaws, finalize meeting dates and times (tentatively set for the third Thursday of the month from 1-2:30pm), announce upcoming program topics, review dues structure, and choose a club name. This first meeting is free and open to any homeschooler. Our regular meetings will begin in September.

Please keep your eyes on you email box this summer. We may be asking you questions as we continue putting together the program; we want the program to meet your needs. We are looking forward to working with you and your family on this exciting new program!

Please continue to spread the word to other homeschool families. Have them drop me a note with their name, and I’ll send them more details and add them to the mailing list.
