my plans for tonight...
i'm trying to hang out with some friends. my parents have a date planned so me and my two older brothers are pretty much kicked out of the house from the hours of 6:30 until 10:30. but my plans are taking forever to play out. i've been waiting all day, haha. i don't even know if they are going to work. if i do hang out it'll be me, shelby(maybe), michael, caleb, israel, and trinity(maybe). i hope it works out. we might go to the batting cages, or bowling, or goofy golfing. but considering none of us really have any money i don't know what we'll do, haha. it'll be a good night though. at least i hope so.
haha, this was kind of a pointless blog, i'm just bored.

castles 'n' coasters, my calling on life, and the dream ride.
my aunt and 2 cousins are in town. emily (8 years old), and olivia (4 years old). aunt andy took me, my mom, my cousins, my brother and his girlfriend lexi, and their friend jordan to castles 'n' coasters on monday night. it was a lot of fun. i rode every ride. i rode the sky diver like 6 times in a row. the sky diver takes you up in the air 50 feet and then drops you in 3 seconds!
me and my mom were talking yesterday about gods calling for my life. when i was a little girl i thought my calling was to be a missionary in africa and run an orphanage there. i grew up thinking that. but lately i've been thinking... maybe that's not my calling. i'll have to pray and fast about it to find out. my mom just got home and she bought me a book while she was out. it's called "what you do best in the body of christ" by bruce bugbee. i'll have to read it.
the dream ride is a fundraiser for my church. to be debt free. a few people from my church - including me - are going to drive a trailer up to flagstaff on the 25th of october. then when we get there some of us are going to ride horses back to mesa. every mile someone rides on a horse people are pledging money. it's a week long trip and we'll get back on the 30th. i'm so excited! we're going to have church every morning and every night. it's going to be awesome.

Last week sometime I had this conversation with my mom about God and the Bible. Somewhere in the conversation someone said that being a Christian isn't a religion it's a relationship with Jesus. Then Sunday morning, the Pastor at church preached on exactly what we were talking about. Then last night I had a talk with my Dad on just about the same thing. Then I get on myspace later that night and watch the video on Kevin's profile and the guy on there says it's a relationship with God. Then today I was looking through the bumper stickers app and there was a sticker that said "It's not a religion, it's a relationship" and then there was a cross right next to the words.
Someone asked me once if my Dad was religious and instead of saying yes or no, I told them that he's a christian and that he goes to church and that hes proud of me for living for God.
I told that to my Dad and he said that was a good thing to say.
I just felt like posting this story.
Maybe God's trying to tell me something.
I certainly understand things A LOT better over the past week.
I remember a while ago when my Dad first explained what the word religion meant and I never forgot it, but now I really understand.
When you die and stand before God, he won't tell you something like "You did drugs three times and had sex with a stranger and lied over 50 times so sorry you won't be going to Heaven." He'll say (that is if you're not trying to live for God) "Sorry I never knew you" And yes that part IS in the Bible.
Living for God doesn't mean be perfect it means you believe he exists and you love Him, you except him in your heart. After that you will not be perfect, but you will have a relationship with Jesus. He becomes your Savior, your Daddy.
There will definitely come times in life when you don't FEEL saved, but if you have excepted Him in your heart and you're trying to live for Him, then He won't ever forsake you.
The word repent is defined as: to turn away and say sorry. You don't have to announce it in front.. of everybody, you just have to tell God that you truly are sorry and want His forgiveness. And then REALLY turn away from what you're doing. Although sometimes it helps if you tell someone so they can hold you accountable and try to help you over come temptation when it comes. It will get easier after a while, trust me.
Since God loves you he won't keep any record of wrong after you truly repent
(1 Corinthians 13).
You have to trust in God when it comes to how you feel about your salvation.
You can't earn your way to heaven. You have to desire to live for God with ALL your heart and actually have a relationship with Him.
People are constantly judging you when you are a "Christian." If you do something wrong (Lie, Steal, Disobey The Authority, Disrespect the Authority, Do Drugs, Fornicate, Etc) they automatically think that you couldn't possibly be saved because you are not perfect. When really they don't know you're heart. Only God and you know if you are really saved. Don't listen to people. Read your Bible! That is the only way you will really know what is going on.
One of my friends once told me when I was younger that he was a Christian, in the back of my mind I was thinking "no way he could possibly be saved considering what he is doing right now" Recently I talked with him and he told me that he honestly doesn't think God even exists because when he was trying to live for God and go to church and read the Bible, God never made things better, as in his life really sucked. But what I realized is when we were younger he was a born again christian, despite the circumstances we were both under. I didn't know his heart and I was judging him.
Only God's judgment matters. Don't believe people when they say you can't be a Christian, just because you're not perfect. You're not going to ever be perfect, it's just what's in your heart that really matters.
King David (person from the Bible) had sex outside of marriage, fornicated. Then he murdered. Yet he wrote Psalms saying he lives for God with all his heart. The Bible said that he was a man after God's own heart. I want to be a woman after God's own heart I'm not perfect, but I really want to be.
There will be consequences for our choices here on earth, rather we pay for them on earth or when we die there will be consequences.
I hope this helps you understand things a little better and I didn't make things more confusing for you. I felt that God wanted me to post this. I don't know who needed it. Even if it was only for one person, I'm still glad I did this.

so, this is what's written on my myspace;
so, i feel like i should say something about my loving savior. firstly, he's quite fantastic. he really can't be described though, you would have to find out for yourself. he's changed my life, and ever since i've been a whole lot happier. i don't even know what to type right now, he's just the most amazing thing in my life. and everything i have i give thanks to him for. without him i would have nothing. i want to and will live for him for the rest of my life. he died for someone like me and i don't even come close to deserving him. i could never ever thank him enough for everything he's done for me and everything he's given me. but yet, he still loves me. i love him because he first loved me.(: the red bracelet on my left wrist is not just a bracelet. it's a covenant between me and god, symbolizing that i've died to this world, and that now christ lives inside me. i'm no longer myself, and i refuse to go back to my own selfish wants. this bracelet won't become just a bracelet to wear. and i won't take it off until i've turned back. camp of '09 was a life-changing experience for me for the better. this time i'm real. i'm never giving up on jesus either. and he won't ever give up on me. enough said(: interesting facts about me; i can juggle. i can tie a cherry stem in a knot with my tongue in under a minute. i can blow air out of my eye. i can wiggle my ears. i love chinese food. i'm learning to do the splits. i'm going to be a long term missionary in africa. i love spending pointless hours at the strip mall on stapley and baseline. |

haha, it's been a while...
so, i quit myspace for 365 days on october 11th, 2009. i think a blog is more productive. myspace is just a waste of time, but at the same time it's a place where i can type how i feel. so, since i won't be getting on there anymore i'll be typing on here a lot.
i'm pretty annoyed at the moment. i just wrote this really long entry and then somehow i pressed a wrong button on the keyboard and it all disappeared. :// so, i'll write more later...

when i grow up a little i want to live in a mobil-home with my husband and 12 children. i want to travel all over the world and during summers will come back home and stay for the summer. Well my husband is driving i'll be in the back homeschooling my kids for awhile. i hope this plan works out, but if it dosen't we can still travel alot!

I want to learn how to play the giutar, bass, and piano! I think that the piano is a beautiful instrument to play! I think that any one that wants to do something they should persue it!!!
One of my favorite vacaitions was when my family & I went to the indian reservation! We were gone for two weeks and we stayed in like ten different hotels! It was so much fun! We had a BLAST!! ( atleast I did! : ) ) We were leaving one hotel one evening and well we driving we saw a....................COW!!!!!! On the side of the road! With no one with it! It was kind of strange! It was HALARIOUSE!!!!! I would love to go on that trip again!!! ANYTIME!!!! When I grow up I want to have six kids of my own. I'm hoping I'll have three boys and three girls. I want to adopt three girls one from Afrika, one from Russia, & one from Asia. I want to adopt three boys, one from China, one from Gwom & one from Mexico. I want a total of twelve children.I want to name my six girls, Liliana, Ashley, Samatha, Polly, Anastatia, & Morning Star. (Yes, I know what you're thinking "Why name my child Morning Star?" The reason why I like that name is because I'm reading this series called "Mandie" and Morning Star is a indian in the series.) I want to name my sons Jon, Daniel, Henry Sam, Jeremiah, & and my oldest son I want to name after my husband, I don't know him yet so I don't know the last name of my children.Every year on Christmas morning, right after we open our presents we go on a scavenger hunt for the last presents. It's a tradition! We used to live in a two story house and my Mommy would put down-stairs & up-stairs then down-stairs then up stairs, ext. Then finaly we would fine it! It's SOOOOO much FUN!!!!!!!!One year I got a bike, another year I got my ears peirced, one year slippers and a robe,( I had been wanting them for awhile!) Maybe you can share this tradition with your family some Christmas!!!

MY GRANDMA IS HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
My Grandma is here and she is staying two days at are house! It's going to be great! Tomorrow she is going to teach us how to make "French Toast." She arrived this after noon and we had dinner not to long ago. We're going to watch "O'brother Where Art Thou." My Daddy LOVES that movie. She hardley ever visits so this should be fun! I have to go.
