So September whizzed by without any warning.  Pretty much as soon as fall starts a rip-roaring schedule starts up and then the whole month is gone in a flash.  I kept telling myself to update before September was over, yet here I am. 

 

So school's been going OK, my brother and I go on Thursdays to our nearest 'bigger' city about 30 mins. away and take electives.  So we are pretty much gone from 10:30-5:00.  It is a total blast though and I'm learning alot and making some new friends.  The same group holds social events as well so on Friday night we went to a barn dance.  It was so much fun and we were laughing so hard but so out of breath that my stomach was hurting.  Then we ate pie.  x3

 

So that's all for now....gotta work on my template.

Last Day of Summer...

So the title pretty much explains it...today was the last day of summer.  =[  School resumes bright and early tomorrow morning, my freshmen year of highschool.  I'm sad summer has come to an end but I'm totally ready for fall...not school so much though.  xDD  Well sorry for the short post, but I  gotta go get to bed early so getting up in the morning will be easier. ;)

New Template!! Yay!! =DD

Yay I finally got a new template!!!  It's probably the first one I've ever made so it's not real professional but it's colorful and summery. =]  It's was rainy all afternoon so I worked on some pages for our co-op yearbook and decided to tackle the template making.  It took me a long time....but it's done =DD

 

I tried uploading some pics of Bella but my computer is being stupid. -.-   So I'll try again later or tomorrow.

I'm back!! *cue maniacal laughter*

I'm a sad, sad person.....I'm not even going to say how long it's been since I blogged last. *sheepish grin* I've had a real busy summer so far. But that sounds like a lame exuse -.-  I was almost scared to log into HSM....like ghost of the lost blogger was going to shoot out of my moniter.  Yeah, I don't know what I'm talking about either...

 

In May we picked up Bella the Brown Border Collie x3  Sadly I have no pictures of her on my computer. :(   So I'll be sure to post some WITHIN the next week....*mumbles* or two....o.o uh just kidding...heh...

 

Our church had VBS this week which was fun hanging out with my friends and all.  We do motions for the songs then roll the coins from offering. x3  My friend from Indiana came down and we went with my brother to see Harry Potter after VBS and then she spent the night we stayed up till like 1:15 a.m. We painted our toenails purple. ^-^  BWAHAH!!!

 

Another one of my friends is in the process of moving and I haven't seen her for a whie.  We went and moved boxes and all that.  We also played hide and seek with our siblings.  I also found the cat in the TV cabinent because I look in creative places....I'm special like that :} 

 

This is a reeaaaaaally lame post but I felt like I had to do something to exuse my lame blogging behavior.  Thank you for reading this painful post if you managed to get through it.....Oh and I'll be fixing my template in the meantime it's painfully boring.

So I guess I haven't been blogging in so long, I can't really re-cap the last month of my life..... But oh my goodness, I'm in love!  *sigh*  We have some friends who own 3 Border Collies, they are greaat dogs, and they breed them as well.  Well they had the first litter of puppies about a year ago, and we were sent of picture of them and they were just sooo adorable.  So they just had another litter 2 weeks ago and we decided that we wanted one so they invited us out on Friday to pick one out.  Oh my goodness, they were sooooo cute! They're eyes weren't even open yet.  I had a hard time choosing which one I liked best because you know they're all adorable.  All the puppies were black and white exept for one brown one, that's the one we decided on.  But she's still too young to come home of course, so we have some extra weeks to fight over the name.  ;)

But now it's finally spring break!  whoo hoo!  x]  My brother and dad are going to a high adventure camp in Key West with the Boy Scouts, but the rest of us weren't that lucky.  Haha.  My mom, sister, and I are gonna go to Williamsburg VA this week which'll be fun.  So I'll probably post once I get back!

So...since I haven't blogged in a while, I supppose I shall update on what's been happening.....

 

Well last Monday, a huge ice storm came through.  Everything was COVERED in ice.  Some people's electricity was out for a week and public school was cancelled all week long.

 

  We lost electric on Wednesday evening for 2 hours, but we were on our way out the door to our Grandmother's house anyway. 

 

On Thursday we went shopping in the city about 30 minutes away.  Had lot's of fun!  Got a cool sweater and some awesome new t-shirts. 

 

Um can't really recall what we did on Friday... But on Saturday I had piano lessons which I made up for since I missed on Wednesday morning because of all the ice and such.....my sister and I were at my grandmother's all day there since our parents and brother had other things going on. 

 

Sunday was church.

Monday was choir. 

Tuesday ice and snow came through. 

 Wednesday school was cancelled. 

That brings us to today!  We lost electricity at around 7:40 this morning and we left around 11ish while it was being fixed...  We didn't have homeschool group classes because of the snow.  But my mom had to carpool the highschoolers to their group out of town, so was at my grandma's all day again.

Hey!  I hope you all had a great Christmas...sorry I haven't posted in a month....

Well we were in D.C. from Dec. 30th (I think) and we came home on Jan. 2nd.  I had a great time!  Even if it was freeezing. Speaking of freezing, it's like 6 degrees outside right now.  *shivers*  It's been snowing, but nothing sticks here.  So no snow on the ground, just flying through the air and ice. 

 

But we had homeschool group today, we're doing speech and debate class, and P.E.  We ran like 15 laps around the gym so tomorrow i'm going to feel like I've been hit by a semi.  *groan*

 

But on Thursdays before classes, I'm babysitting at my grandmother's church while a bible study is going on.  Today was my first day and there were like 10 kids, (I'm not by myself though)  and I'm going to earn some pretty good money so I'm exited about that!  =D 

 

Hmm....I guess I'll get going, leave comments pleaaase!

Merry Christmas!! =]

Hey everyone!  So on Monday I went with my friend to ice-skate and look at Christmas lights.  It was sooo cold but skating and walking around the park was lots of fun, even if i was a total klutz on ice!  But I spent the night at her house, and I was sore yesterday, but today is even worse! 

But today is Christmas eve, we went to church and then to my Grandmother's Church service.  We are getting ready to go to a party so I just wanted to wish everybody a Merry Christmas!!

so it's officially 12:53 a.m. Saturday morning.  I'm tired, but kinda keyed up, too much caffeine i suppose.....  anyway, i was in the mood to post, and i didn't want to break my good blogging streak.  Heh heh.  i IMed like 7 friends till 11:30.  Then i was IMing my other friend till 12, but then she had to go.  So I've basically been doing nothing..... writing, doodling, sketching, listening to music....*looking at clock*  it's currently 12:56.  yay!  anywho.....it's now the weekend, and besides a little bit of history on Monday, we are out of school for '08 so I'm exited about that....and I'm looking forward to Christmas obviously.  OK it's now 12:58...I'm trying to keep on rambling until 1, then I'll post some pics to celebrate.  yay.  Oh yeah, i forgot, after Christmas, over New Year's, we'll be going to D.C. for my 3rd time so I'm exited about that as well....OH OH OH it's 1:00 MAKE A WISH!!  Haha.  Let's celebrate!  Picture time!!!

Hi everybody, I'm finally back after over a month!  I'll pick up from Thanksgiving. 

Thanksgiving was good, how could the food not be?  We went to my aunt and uncles house, they only live in a county over, so we hardly went far at all.  Everybody was in and we had a great time.  I went shopping with my parents the day after Thanksgiving.  It was wild!  Wal-Mart was a madhouse.  But my father found a 3rd row parking spot, found what he wanted, and was checked out all in 10 minutes.  That was crazy.  

My sister's 10th birthday was on Nov. 25th also. 

 

Last Thursday, the 4th, we made Christmas crafts with our homeschool co-op.  After that we all went to sing carols at the nursing home.  That was a lot of fun as well! 

 

My sister and I have been in a community choir, and we performed at our town's Musicale on Sunday evening.  It's a pretty big deal for our community and they have a really good adult choir so it was pretty neat getting to perform in that.  But on the way to the Musicale, we got a phone call that our choir teacher wouldn't be there because she was sick with the stomach flu.  Greaaat.  But she showed up anyway and it all went well. 

 

Today we have done nothing at all, somebody's teaching me how to knit so she came over today.  I'm really enjoying it though.

Sorry I haven't posted in a little while..... 

On Thursday we saw a Shakespeare company perform Hamlet.  It was really good.  I actually understood what was going on too because I've been reading Hamlet for a our homeschool group.  On Saturday I saw High School Musical 3 with a friend and she came home with me after it.  We had fun! =]  So that brings us to day, Sunday.  Besides going to church I had a piano recital, and tonight was youth group.  We walked around neighborhoods picking up food... it was freezing!! In the 30's at least.  All well, we had a good time though!

On the 29th our church did a trunk-or-treat after the Wed. night service.  Singers and dancers (including me) had to dress up so I went as a fairy.  Here's a pic. =)

I'm baaack!! (finally)

Hey everyone! I'm finally back after over a month!! I didn't realize I hadn't posted in so long. I get back up to date...

My 14th birthday was on the 26th. So yay! I had 2 friends spend the night on Friday night. That was real fun also….

My blog needs an update, I’m not sure what to do… any thoughts?

hi

hi everyone, sorry i haven't posted in a while.  i'm at the library right now. :P

i sooooooooooooo cant' believe it's almost time for school to start again.  DDDD= how depressing, just as the summer seemed to start!!!!

last weekend we went to the drive-in and saw Journey to the Center of the Earth and The Dark Knight! yahoo!!! 

on Thursday i wen't to an amusment park w/ my youth group.  it was so fun!!  we rode the drop tower 4 times.  what a rush.  i love roller coasters, so we rode pretty much all of them there. 

today, Monday, we went swimming.  my brother has a scout thing, so a friend and i are at the library next door on the computers. 

 

well, i suppose that's all....

New template aaaaaand my 50th post!!!!!! yay!!

hi everyone!!!   this is my 50th post!!!!  YAY!!!   

 

 

I'm sorry I haven't been on in a while, last week I went to Church camp.  (LOTS of fun!!!!!!!!!!)  We had a HUGE pillow fights that included ALL of the girls dorms!!!!  There is so many things to say, but we don't wanna be here ALL day long. 

 

Week before last I was in Tennessee with my friend!!!  that was greaaaat!!!!!!!!  I finished a scrapbook of the trip today!!!!  I got back for 1 day before I was shipped off to camp.  I'm glad i went to both though!!!!!

 

Does everyone like my new template??  I didn't like the other one, it hurt my eyeballs, so i'm keeping this one for now!!!!

My Super Power.......

I have a new super power.... i am SPIDERMAN!!!!!!!  tonight, i ate a cupcake that had Spiderman ring and the ring gives me spidy powers!!!!!!!!!!!  here is a pic of me and my new spidy power ring.  YAY!!!!
