Jan. 1, 2009 - Alphabet Alley
Alphabet Alley sent our family two of their wonderful items, the first being the Noah's Ark Go-Fish which retails for $5.99 and the Two by Two Matching Game which retails for $10.99. My children excitedly welcomed these games into our house.
The Go-Fish game is made very study and laminated. As a mom of youngsters lamination is a great invention. The game cards are able to be wiped off if sticking fingers want to play along. There is no reading required. The images are large and colorful featuring Noah, cows, zebras and several other animals. Even my youngest was able to play along with my oldest in this game with some prompting on recognizing the animals that he needed for his game. It was great to be able to play a game with all three children without feeling like one was being excluded.
The other product is the Two by Two matching game. Another high quality product! I was thinking that when we recieved these items they would be like the others we had bought from a large, local retailer or from a dollar store and which ended up in the trash. The matching game cards are very THICK and are sized to a 2 X 2 size, perfect for little hands. Here is some info from the Alphabet Alley website about the matching game:

The high quality of these toys and games really do give other companies a run for their money. Alphabet Alley says their toys are "smart fun for little souls" and it's true the products help drive home Biblical concepts as well as opening the door for new discussions about Bible history with our little ones.
