Mar. 14, 2009 - One 2 Believe: Noah's Ark
Well once again, I am very impressed. I recieved One 2 Believe's Noah's Ark set. The children immediately tore into this and enjoyed and are still enjoying it. I was very impressed with the way it was made. Solid construction and an ark where Noah and the animals can live while not being used. A toy that has built in storage gets bonus points with me.
One 2 Believe has definitely waged the battle for the toybox and are winning! Well for us anyway. My children truly enjoy these well made toys. Toys that have a ministry behind it, having children play with toys that have Christ at the center of them. For me, it's hard to overcome all the consumerism and materialism that bombards our home on a daily schedule, not by my choice but because they see it all in the stores, online, it's everywhere and it neglects to mention Christ.
The Noah's Ark set comes with a ark (that really floats, although we haven't tried it personally), Noah and 14 animals - male and female. The top comes off the ark so that the animals and Noah can be stored inside. It's very easy to get the top off and put it back on, although not so easy for the children. I found myself being asked often to help them get it off. The ark runs $29.99 but it is well worth it. It is cute, well made and will be much played with.
