I am a member of www.TheHomeschoolLounge.com. I love it. You can
have your own page, blog, chat with other homeschool moms, join
discussion groups and so much more. Because their moms were having
so much fun the kids wanted a place so they could have their own
place and page and blog and chat so THL created a safe place for
them. The adult membership is free because there are ads, but the
child's site, which will be connected to your site, is ad free.

If your child has been wanting a MySpace page, but you don't want
them to be vulnerable to everything out there, get a The Homeschool
Lounge site for yourself and get a webpage for your child. The
children's page costs $2.95 per month or $14.95 for 6 months. It is
safe and you choose who will be your child's friends from other
homeschoolers on the site.

I noticed that they have a boys only and girls only groups, a Webkins
group, horselovers, pen pals, and more.
