Gilcrease Home School Art Exhibit
Gilcrease Home School Exhibit For K-12 date of exhibit: August 18th- Sept. 13th
Lisa has reserved a spot for Home School Students to have an Exhibit at Gilcrease Museum. I am the coordinator to help collect the artwork for the show. There is an opening for a total of 50 pieces.
Maximum size of artwork will be 11"x14" including mat or frame. All pieces must be matted or framed & ready to hang with picture wire. Up to 10 of the entries can be 3 dimensional. Art will be displayed Aug 18th - Sept 13. Artwork should be a current. Artwork must clearly carry the name of the artist on the back or the base. A wall label must accompany each piece measuring 3"x5" typed information (Use Arial font size 12) on white card stock. Label must include: Artist Name, Title, Medium, School/ Grade Level.
A few entries will be needed earlier to make digital images for the brochure I will post the date when known. ( The museum will choose images to be used.)
Accepting Actual Entries No later than Tues August 4th thru Monday August 10th Delivery Deadline. You may contact to show interest in participation. If we receive more than 50 entries the work will be juried to determine what will be included. Susan TulsaAreaHomeschoolers@gmail.com
