Sep. 4, 2009 - Me? Blogger of the week?
How exciting! And what an honor. I realized today that I have been blogging here at HSB for nearly three years. Before that time, I didn't even know what a blog was. There have been days ~ weeks even ~ when I've wondered if it were worth it and what the purpose was, but something keeps bringing me back. Often I have felt like I was the only one reading my blog and I had to decide whether that was important to me or not. I realized it wasn't all that important. That for me, blogging was a place to organize my thoughts, let go of my frustrations, put our family story down in some tangible way and ~if the Lord saw fit~ to help someone else along the way.
So, thank you for the spotlight this week; I am grateful.
