Make your own Bath Salts !

Posted in Recipes

We love to make homemade goodies around here, and here is an easy recipe to make your own bath salts!

1 cup of Sea or Kosher Salt

1/2 cup Epsom Salt

12 drops of scented oil

1/4 cup of baking soda

OPTIONAL : food coloring, if you like colored bath salts...I don't like to use the food color personally.

Store in a sealed bag or container...and if you'd like to give as a gift, find a container or glass bottle of choice,  and dress it up to reflect yours or the recipients preference ~ ENJOY!   This makes a wonderful, personal, homemade gift~or treat for yourself!!

I have done this before, and they really are nice! We used them for treats at a Women's Retreat or Tea. We put them in netting and ribbons and they looked gorgeous.
