That is the question. Belle was a lot better today. Enough so, that we could go and get her glasses fixed, and do a bit of shopping. This afternoon I let the kids outside for a few minutes while I got wood and filled the bird feeders. Belle ran around like she had never been sick. Of course that landed her with a fit of coughing, but she still had much more energy than she's had all week.
So that makes me wonder if I should try to do some school tomorrow. DH is a bit better today too, but still dealing with some nausea, and not up to much. If I am still on woodstove and post office duty, I may not get much done. Right now I am leaning toward some handwriting and a math video in the morning, and our usual afternoon schedule.
On the other hand, we will at most, get tomorrow and part of Monday done, and then the Grandparents will be here for the rest of the week. DH wants to take the children shopping for my birthday present on Monday, and I will have some work to do getting the house ready for guests.
I do really miss the routine that doing school gives us. Today I wanted to tackle something I needed to do, but I couldn't think of anything that would give me a sense of accomplishment, and wouldn't just get "undone" again. I ended up taking a nap on the couch instead, and I must have needed it, because I managed to sleep through the kids playing on the wood floor right next to me. I am still tired tonight.
My sink is shiny, but I haven't been doing too good on the decluttering. And I probably need a good long walk--could I possibly get out of bed early enough to take one in the morning? It will probably be raining.
