It is thawing right now.  Wonder how long that will last.  So far all that has done is produce mostly clear roads and slush.  My least favorite part of winter.  I do like the clear roads, but I don't enjoy dirty brown slush.

Belle made my day today.  She did one of her MUS tests, and I could see that she had understood the lesson, and was making pictures in her head.  She didn't use the blocks, but you could tell she was thinking the problems through as if she were.  Finally something that works for her!

Boo is counting down the lessons until he finishes kindergarten.  He is anxious to start the Grade 1 phonics and math.  I estimate he will finish in a couple of weeks.  I may go ahead and let him start in the spring.  Otherwise I don't know what I will do with him.

I don't really have a lot to say.  I have a shower to go to tonight.  I'm in the mood to work on a cross-stitch project, but haven't had time recently.  I had a very LONG walk last night.  It was wonderful, and much needed.  Right now I am baking cookies, and I need to get schoolwork ready for tomorrow, and make supper.
