Wow!  Life has been busy!

We had a wonderful visit with my sister-in-law last week.  She arrived Monday evening and left on Friday morning.  Needless to say, I was too busy having fun to blog.  We went for walks, played with the children, ate, watched a DVD that my dear husband bought me, and talked, and talked.  We had a couple of years to catch up on, as they work in another country.

Saturday was the homeschool conference in our area.  A group of five of us ladies went down in our van, from our church congregation, and we met two others from our congregation there.  That was so much fun!  We had company on the drive and a chance to visit without interruptions from our children.  I found the conference very encouraging.  It was great to meet up with folk, and even a fellow blogger--Author Donna!  (So sorry I don't have a link just now.  Maybe I can edit later to add.)

On the way home we ladies stopped to have supper together.  What a nice ending to a wonderful day.
