It hasn't been the greatest of weeks. I've been not feeling well, and when Mom isn't feeling well, things tend to slide--and not uphill either! Suffice it to say that I probably should have spent more time in bed, and less time just trying to keep things going.
I am still tired today, but after a nap this afternoon, I felt more "chipper" than I had all week. I just hope the feeling lasts, and that I am up to my usual Saturday doings tomorrow.
Between doctor visits, and life in general, lessons were irregular at best. But we did get something done every day, and probably I shouldn't feel bad, because we did more than the absolute minimum most days.
The children helped a lot with things like the laundry--carrying baskets up and down stairs, and folding it all. They helped with the dishes too. I was so glad that I could keep the cooking to a minimum, thanks to a few meals in the freezer.
I am behind on some things, but I hope that I will catch up next week. Felt like I should blog, because I haven't much lately--but I also haven't got a lot to say. And come this time in the evening, I am pretty useless.
At least now the snow is melting, spring seems to be around the corner, and the days have definitely gotten longer. I am enjoying the increased light.
