What Makes You So Special?!

Sounds a bit rude, doesn't it? But when it comes to business, specifically YOUR business, that's the question to ask. What makes you special? Rather than being another "me, too" in the marketing world show your customers what makes you different and unique.
Figure out what need or gap your company meets that others don't. Take the time to write a brief paragraph detailing what makes your business unique and use that as a measuring stick for the future. Make sure your customers know what it is.
For Trigger Memory Systems we recognized that Times Tales and Memory Triggers were unusual, out-of-the box approaches to memorization. We decided to expand on that and began carrying creative, non-traditional learning products of all sorts. The slogan "Education Through Imagination" is on our website, correspondence and advertising.
Having decided early on "what makes us special" allows us to remained focused and offers us easy criteria for determing what products to carry and what to produce. Customers know what to expect when they come to our site.
