Oct. 2, 2008 - I'm Back
We're back from Boston and Vermont!! It was alot of fun! We met friends and walked the Freedom Trail and even saw two moose! ... well we saw one moose and saw the back of a moose as it walked away. Some of our campsites were cool while others were not so cool. But anyway. We came back on Sunday @ about 9 or 10 o'clock. We haven't done too much since we got back other than school. and now our uncle came back from Iraq for two weeks so that's cool too. Well I gtg now... I'll ttyl!

Aug. 31, 2008 - Hello again!
My grandparents are also away. They went to visit friends and family in Massachusetts. So, it's just been our family minus one around here.
Summer is almost over. I'm not quite ready for summer to end and school to begin, but there is nothing I can do about it. But, with fall comes colorful leaves, birthdays galore and eventually, Thanksgiving. Even school has some fun things that come with it. Fun classes, new school supplies and lots of cool books about Medieval History. I like history, and I'm excited to study the Middle Ages. Knights in shining armour, damsels that need rescuing, castles, feasts, falconry, and so much more. I guess maybe I am ready for school. Just a little. Until next time,

Hi everyone! I just wanted to let you all know that I am starting a new blog on Blogger/Blogspot. Find it at: http://www.nikis-notebook.blogspot.com. However, I will be keeping this blog. The posts will be identical on each from now on. So, if you don't have a Google account, you can comment here and vice versa. Hey peoples! I am sorry that I haven't written in so long. Have you guys been watching the Olympics? I have. My favorite event is the gymnastics and swimming. I hope that Michael Phelps gets all 8 gold medals this Olympics!! Anyway, I have an announcement to make.... We are going to Boston in the Fall! Yea!!!! We are going next month. I think it will be alot of fun! I have another announcement to make... It is longleggedgirl's birthday today! so please go over to her blog and wish her a happy birthday. We are going bowling tonight at her request. Sis#3 and I made her a brownie cake that has a bowling lane on it. My mom and sisters helped us brainstorm the stuff for it. I will try to post a pic soon. well I have to go. but I will post stuff from our trip and hopefully post before then also. ttyl!

Jul. 10, 2008 - Problems, happy things and other stuff
Hey guys and girls! We are back from Wild Adventures as you probably figured out! This past weekend we went to my grandma's house down in Tampa. When we got home, we found that water had leaked under our floor from the chimney area. We had had some rain and so that's how we found out about the leak. Hopefully we can get that fixed soon so that potential buyers don't have to worry about it. Sis#3 and I are doing a cake decorating class. It is alot of fun. I have learned how to make roses, bows, flowers, and even cellphones out of icing! I am going to learn how to do what's called basket weaving to make part of a cake look like a basket, today. Oh! Today is my G-maw's B-day! So Happy Birthday G-maw! I gtg now! So ttyl! Eld*est

If your wondering about the title then I'll just tell you that I just typed something because I couldn't figure out a title. Anyway, we have been really busy these past few weeks. Last week I don't think we were home much at all! And we will not be here this weekend at all. We will be at our friends all day tomorrow and Saturday and Sunday we will be up in Valdosta, Georgia at Wild Adventures.
Sis#3 has been gone w/ our aunt since Monday and has just gotten back today. Each of us are staying with her for 4 days each month through September. Sis#2 was first. She went in June. I will be going in August.
I finished school!! I am very glad and am enjoying my summer vacation. Well I have to be going. TTYL!

Jun. 9, 2008 - don't know what to say for title so am just gonna put this.
I got baptized on Sunday! After church we went to a members house to do it (they have a pool and a really big house so we always do it there). There were five of us getting baptized. I was nervous at first but the Lord calmed me down and helped me tell my testimony clearly. I'll try to post some pics later. My grandparents came, my cousins came w/ their kids, my aunt and uncle came w/ their twins, and G-maw came. We had lunch after the baptism.
So anyway, do ya'll get a summer break? I don't get school off until the 19th of this month. Why do I always ask questions when I know that I won't get any answers? I don't know why but I DO know that it's weird! oh, well I am a weird person.
On Friday we went to Wild Adventures. We were at Splash Island most of the time though. It was alot of fun and the best part is that I didn't get as bad a sunburn as I thought!! =D When we got home I just tumbled into bed. And the next day we were going to a work day at our church! As it was, we got there really late and afterwards the four of us went to our friends house. So anyway, that was my weekend. Not necessarily in order, but there it is. I will post something later in the week hopefully (don't count on it though=).

Oh! I forgot to tell you! We got a new roof today and yesterday! There was alot of bang bang! anyways, ttyl! Oh again! We won our last volleyball game! I know it was late notice but we have been pretty busy!
Hey pets out there! I got out today but otherwise my day was pretty boring. I got to bark at all the men around our house! I don't understand why they were there but it was fun barking at them! I gtg now.

So anyway. I have been doing volleyball. It is only for 6 weeks but it is still alot of fun! We had 4 games already and we have only won 1 of them. Yeah, I know, it sucks. I wasn't even there for the first game!! anyway, we have a game on Saturday so keep ur fingers crossed. we are playing a really hard team but we have been practicing ALOT so it's possible that we can win. let's see.... what else is new? Ummmm..... Oh! we just had our end of the unit celebration for our TOG. we had a couple of families over including the family who I babysit for. Their little boy is sooooo cute!! ok my mom said to get off so Buh- bye! I'll ttyl!
