It is Friday night here and the kids are getting ready for bed.  As we read our evening Bible story in Joshua, we are reminded to be strong and courageous.  I'll be talking to the kids about our plans to go to the hospital in the morning to visit Ma Cong, He Hua Wi, and Cheng Feng.  

We went to the store this evening to buy things for the 3 kids.  We got them each some books, a chinese checkers set, a notebook and pens, and a toy.  Kyle said that he is excited to go visit the kids.

Please pray for us, while we rest and sleep, that we will have a good experience at the hospital tomorrow.  Our hope is that we can regularly visit these children and bring hope into their lives.  Pray for our kids, that they would be able to interact with the kids, and not be intimidated.  Pray that the children would have at least a few minutes to play and have fun rather than think about their dire situations.

Continue to pray as the relief efforts continue to organize.  Pray that help would quickly get to the places that need it most.  Pray that disease outbreaks could be prevented.  Pray that the homeless would find more permanent places to stay quickly.
