A different kind of award.
Since the Thinker blogger award has caused some upset amongst the group. And I am 100% behind the ladies and their convictions. I too had some reservations about the award only because I didn't like the alien looking thing. I had not researched to find anything else about it. Thank you JoAnn and Sally for doing that. I thought why not start another award. I am not sure what to call it or what direction to go with it and I want nothing from it, no linking. While God should receive honor and not us,we can all use some encouragement from time to time. So how about this award , for encouragement, and caring, or a sweet spirit. So I am awarding this to JoAnn and Sally for standing by their convictions and their desire to do the "right thing"
Just give the award out to someone who deserves it as you see fit. They can copy and paste it on to their blogs if they wish. No real rules to this, just 'award' it for something with merit.
To all the ladies I previously nominated, I apologize.. I still stand behind my words about you and your posts. You've all done a great job. Please take this kudo inplace of the other one. Whatever you choose is fine with me too. I still thank you for all your posts and I am looking forward to getting to know you all more, in the future!!

Hello there,
Well I finally got around to passing on the Thinking Blogger award and then I see this!! Where can I find out what the problem was with it?
I didn't like the alien looking logo either :) Was it supposed to be a skull?
Anyway...now I'm wondering if I should go back and change mine! Oh dear

I've unlinked to the "award" after I read JoAnn's blog and then checked out the site. I guess we have to be more careful and not get carried away just because something seem fun. I'm glad someone was paying attention!! :)
