How sweet. My mom gave me a ruby ring that was an anniversary present from when she was married to my dad on my 16th b-day.

How sweet. She could wear it as a purity ring maybe... on her right hand.
I gave my dd a purity necklace for her 13th birthday and I have one saved away for when my youngest daughter turns 13.

I got my mom's ring from my dad on my 16th Birthday too, and gave it to my daughter on her 16th Birthday as well.
She is so lovely and the sparkle in her eyes out shines the ring. Sweet 16 discribes her perfectly.
