
Update 5/12---5/18
Last week I reached my walking goal and exceeded it by 2 miles. My goal was to reach 20 miles (for the week) and I made it to 22 . This week I hope to reach 22-26 extra miles . So far I've lost 14 lbs and I feel great. Although I have to admit my feet do hurt! LOL

You are doing amazing. Sorry I haven't checked in with you in a while. We joined the YMCA...and Brittany and I are going every day...I am loving it and getting a great workout...our weather can be so iffy...I thought this would work out better for me.
I am so proud of you...14 lbs...that is just awesome!
