300 mile day trip..

We decided to take a trip today and headed off towards Calico, CA. Calico is an old silver mining town, now it's a "ghost town' (tourist trap). We had a good day!

Looks like fun! It reminds me a little bit of a place off I-40 that has dinosaurs like that. It's on the old Route 66 and on the way to Kingman from here. Can't remember where exactly because it's been so long since I've been that way. We would like to get out of town ourselves, but things keep us here right now. :( I'm so glad you were able to have a fun day!!!
