May. 14, 2008 - Giveaway postponed...
I had started a giveaway Monday and unfortunatly I have to postpone it until this upcoming Sunday. The weather down here has been horrible the past couple of days - with tornado warnings, very high winds, and thunderstorms. Along with that, the internet connection here is very slow - it took me over 2 hours to upload some of the pictures I took to the server I keep them on!
So the giveaway will start this upcoming Sunday in full force. I don't know if anyone will even participate, but I thought I would just let those of you who do read this know.
I will try to get on here later to post about our vacation thus far - it has been a very wierd one indeed!

Hello! Sounds like a good ol' Oklahoma day there! I know it's frightning to people who aren't used to it, but I love thunderstorms and severe weather! I'm sorry your vacation isn't going as well as you'd hoped though! It was good to hear how you are doing and I hope you are enjoying your sonic stops! Have a wonderful time!

And thought I'd say hello. Not sure where you are in the northeast but my husband and I are from Ma/NH. Right now he pastors in KY but we may end up back up there eventually. I sure do miss it.
Anyhow, I hope you're having a good time on vacation. My husband is like yours - wants to drive straight through and we're lucky if we can get him to stop long enough for a potty break! lol Enjoy!
