Well, while the weather was going on INSIDE and OUT we were also still busy learning about China in the middle ages. Today after our reading, we made our own version of traditional Chinese farmer's hats.
In case you were wondering, no that lamp is NOT coming out of my daughters head. This is a classic example of a poorly composed photograph!
Both of my little ones also wanted their picture taken alone:
