Today was busy! I ran around all day long! I left the house at about 8:30 am and didn't get home until around 9:30 pm. I swore I was only going to be on the computer for a few minutes and go to bed, but I guess I lost track of time. Because here is a picture I took about 10 minutes ago. I'm going to bed now!

I really wanted to take a nice photo today, instead of bottles of pain reliever, pillows, boxes of apples or oodles of corn, I waned something "pretty". Problem was, I never had the time to take a walk out in nature to explore. So here its the end of the day and I realize that I haven't taken my pictures yet. Rather than run around and find a random photo to take, I decided to post two photos that I should have posted last week.
My Co-op class just got done studying the History of Sports, so I will post pictures of my two youngest kids showing off their lapbooks.

Here in the great North Wet, gardening days are coming to a close. Our family has been bringing in the harvest.
Our apple harvest is not as large as usual this year, but we are thankful to have these: 
But of course, apples aren't all we have...
We also have a few ears of corn... 
And there is still more corn in the garden! I have to get busy freezing it!

My friend Larry let me take his Pony out for a ride... I've ALWAYS loved Mustangs, but never had the chance to drive one, until today. The experience was as much fun as thought it would be! :)

For my project 365 entry today I am uploading two photos.
The first shows what I did for "fun" today! In case you can't see what that is, I was watching the NASCAR Nationwide series race today. My favorite Nationwide driver (Kyle Busch) was sick, and had to have his backup driver (Denny Hamlin) take over part way through. Then the back up driver got in an accident toward the end of the race, but I wasn't too upset, because my second favorite Nationwide driver (Joey Lagano) won.
The second picture shows what I will be doing for most of the rest of the day. I need to finish studying this unit and take the exam so I can move on to the next unit! I am taking Small Engine Repair through Penn Foster School, and I was staying well ahead while my kids were on Summer break, but now that homeschool has started again, not only am I not ahead anymore, but I've fallen slightly behind, only by a couple of days, but still, WAS a few MONTHS ahead. So from now on spare moments need to be spent studying, and Saturday needs to be primarily dedicated to it.

I just typed up a big post, along with a bunch of photos, then as I was trying to get the last image uploaded, the browser shut down, and its all gone!
I can't stay up any later tonight to redo all of this, so I will have no choice but to do it later this weekend, if I have time. So it looks like I may not keep my promise to restart my project 365 this week... but I did really try!

We are a homeschooling family with a strong leaning toward the Classical and Charlotte Mason styles, but since we blend the two philosophies, along with whatever other ideas we like, we classify our homeschool as eclectic.
