Augh! I've been tagged again, and just like LAST TIME and THE TIME BEFORE THAT, the assignment is to write seven random or weird things about myself.
Okay TAGSFAN,before I post these seven, look at the other two times I got this tag, because I am running out of things to say and if all you do is read this you'll think I am very boring.
1. I like smileys.
especially animated ones!
2. This is the third time I've gotten this tag.
3. I have gotten this tag not time, not times, but times.
4. I like to read, especially books by Beverly Lewis.
5. I run a housekeeping business, and I really hate housework!
6. I have a dog named Spunky.
7. I have a cat named Frisky.
AHEM. Allow me to state that I WILL NOT be tagging anyone else this time.

Tagged Again!
Posted in Tags, Challenges, and Other Such Stuff...
Okay, I've been tagged again! The assignment is almost the same as last time, last time it was to write seven true things about myself, link to the person who tagged me, and tag seven other people, this time... well actually it is exactly the same, with slightly different wording:
Here are the rules:
*Link to the person that tagged you, and post the rules on your blog.
*Share 7 random and/or weird facts about yourself.
*Tag 7 random people at the end of your post, and include links to their blogs.
*Let each person know that they’ve been tagged by leaving a comment on their blog.
Well, as tempting as it is to just link to what I entered last time, I guess I'll come up with seven other things.... I am not sure if I'll be able to tag 7 other people though, not without tagging the same people again.
This time Jennifer tagged me.
So here goes:
1. I've been bought. I don't belong to myself anymore. Jesus paid for me with His blood, and my life belongs to Him forever.
2. I love making LAPBOOKS !
3. I envy Miss Frizzle, she has my dream vehicle.
4. If I could go anywhere on earth right now... I would visit the pyramids in Egypt.
5. I've gotten tagged with this tag twice.
6. I like snakes, and lizards, and turtles, and frogs, and dogs, and cats, and monkeys, and horses... you get the idea.

7. My favorite Epistle is Romans, and my favorite verse in Romans is Chapter 8, verse 1, "There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit." That verse means so much to me because, aside from the forgiveness in Jesus Christ... I would have much to be condemned for. It is reassuring to know that there is NO condemnation awaiting me.
As I said, I've already tagged most of the people I feel comfortable tagging (the last time I got this tag). So instead of going around tagging. I'll just say that if you see it and want to tag yourself, go ahead. Just leave a comment so I can come and read the seven things you post.
I changed my mind about that last part, I decided to get brave and TAG some blogs I've never even visited before. So now I am off to browse random blogs!

I'VE BEEN TAGGED!
Posted in Tags, Challenges, and Other Such Stuff...
The assignment was to write 7 true things about myself. So here goes!
1. The only grade I liked in Public School was Kindergarten! After that they took away the clay, no fair!
2. My main vice, uh, I mean favorite T.V. show is House. I hate to miss it. The funny thing is, I do not really understand why, I mean the main character is an absolute jerk who regularly breaks the law and puts people's lives in danger and gets by with it because he has insane "luck" and usually saves the people's lives!!!
3. Almost eight years ago I received the very best birthday gift I ever could ask for, my son. Now we share a birthday party each year, (even though I keep telling everyone I don't need a party and just to celebrate his).
4. My favorite desert is ICE CREAM, my second favorite desert is ICE CREAM, and my third favorite desert is CHEESECAKE!
5. I am writing this when I should be sleeping!
-----------------------------
6. I get tears in my eyes when I hear the National Anthem, (unless Rosanne is singing it, actually, I got tears then too, but of a different kind).
7. I really struggle with keeping a schedule... for anything.

Feeling Rejected - - - - - October 2007 Challenge
Posted in Tags, Challenges, and Other Such Stuff...
I feel so alone and heartbroken. It seems like forever since you've needed me. I used to be so useful to you, you wanted me with you wherever you went. You needed my help every day. Your hand would gently wrap around me, and I was happy.
Now I sit here doing nothing. I am bored. I am lonely. I feel useless. You don't need me anymore. I am broken because you dropped me to the floor and stepped on me. You have hurt me, and you don't even notice. I wonder how you can be so cruel.
I can see you from where I rest. There you are, sitting with my rival. I am so jealous, but powerless to intervene on my own behalf. After all, what do I have to offer in comparison? Everything I can do, he does also, and often better than I ever could. He helps you in ways I never even thought of. Who can blame you if prefer him over me? I am so needy compared to him, always requiring you to hold me, and besides, I am not as young as I used to be, and I fear I am not as sharp either. He is superior to me in so many ways... what hope do I have that you'll ever want me again?
With me you need so many other things to compensate for my weaknesses. A stack of books to provide the information I lack. You need your Dictionary, Thesaurus, and Grammar handbook when you write with me, but he gives you all you need at the touch of a button. I am sure you never will choose me, your longtime friend, your loyal pencil, again. My rival, your computer, has pushed me aside, and now all I can do is waste away in my sorrow, feeling rejected, and praying for a power outage.
Sincerely, Yellow #2
This letter was left for me by my poor neglected friend. I hope he comes to realize that it is better to have loved and lost, than never to have loved at all.
This was such a fun challenge.

A record of our homeschooling journey (and my random thoughts), as we look to the Lord to show us the Path Of Life. We are a homeschooling family with a strong leaning toward the Classical and Charlotte Mason styles, but since we blend the two philosophies, along with whatever other ideas we like, we classify our homeschool as eclectic.
