It was a fun and busy break that we had from the books but it is timeto get back. I am ready for our day to have a schedule again. We were only off for about 5-6 weeks but that is long for us. We should have started back two weeks ago. I hope this is not a sign of what is to come for the whole year, lol...
I have one daughter starting 6th gr and one duaghter starting 10th. We aren't changing up too much as far as what we are using this year but there will be a few different things. I hope to spend more time with my younger one learning more "off the beaten path" so to speak.
I have listed our text books and/or programs on my side bar. Let me know if you would like to know more about anything that I am using. This will be our 12 yr to homeschool and I only have 6 more to go !! I can't beleive that we have been at it for this long. But I must admit, I do "day-dream" about what I will be doing with my days once I am finished. I love this time with my girls but to be honest, I have a project list a mile long that I am dying to get to, lol....
Well, I don't have much longer before I have to get the girls started for the day. I hope everyone has a great day out there.
Hey! So glad you have started the school year. We school year round because of my husband (and now my) job--so we can take off when he is off, and whenever we get sick of school! Thanks for visiting me--and yes, blogging is like another job! But, I think that this will be a nice journal to keep for the kids someday.
